We are looking for a talented and energetic candidate to join the Air Hong Kong family. As a Finance Manager, you will be supporting the Financial Controller in overseeing the accounting team and managing all aspects of accounting and finance functions. Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing process and ensure timely and accurate production of management reports

• Foster strong cross‑functional relationships through regular engagement, collaboration, and proactive support to help the business achieve its strategic and financial objectives.

• Partner closely with line departments in the preparation of rolling forecasts and annual budgets

• Act as a trusted advisor in providing insightful cost monitoring support and recommending internal cost control measures

• Work with commercial and operational teams to evaluate business cases, pricing proposals, contract terms, investment decisions, and cost‑efficiency initiatives

• Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and statutory requirements

• Collaborate with tax consultants to complete and file the tax returns for Hong Kong and oversea countries

• Lead a small accounting team, ensuring high standards of internal service delivery and professionalism

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement in financial processes and internal controls.

• To initiate, execute or provide support in ad hoc projects in support of the business needs and for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting / Finance or other related disciplines

• Professional qualification of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent with Big 4 experience

• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience of which 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role

• Related experience in the aviation industry will be an advantage

• Independent, proactive, organised and able to work under pressure

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Highly proficient in Excel

• A Can-do spirit and good team-player
